Perfect, private patios and convenient location. Wentworth apartments are tucked off the 696 service drive on a nature-rich street full of mature trees. Squirrels are happily roaming grounds and neighbors walk their pooches through the quiet areas. The patios offer extra space to enjoy the outdoors with some privacy. Tammy and Anton are great and always willing to help. Thankful I found this Roseville gem

A safe place with great neighbors. The tenants are amazing. It is quiet. Close to a great park and school. However, 6years, Never felt like home. The Leasing agent, Tammy, cannot separate her personal hatred for certain tenants from her necessity to do her job. The maintenance man is responsible for EVERYTHING. She won't even get up to distribute tenant communication. I was given zero notice of my lease ending, zero options for renewal, zero communication. The intention of management was clearly to end the relationship. I recieved notices to move vehicles, then recieved notices to remove vehicles, but never recieved a lease renewal option form. Rentcafe account balance then immediately went to month-to-month($1900) without my approval or input. Honestly, I wanted to stay. That being said,

I have lived here 4 years in total (2 years out for one year then another 2 years) and i have not had any bad experiences with staff or the homes. Anton (the maintenance man) is an absolute hero and has made quick and speedy repairs on my unit in a moments notice. He even took care of my heater going out at 8am on a Saturday (a non-scheduled day for him) Tammy has been amazing when i have had to talk with her and always been super helpful. Live here if you want a nice quiet place to make a home.

I just moved in recently. So far my experience has been great. Tammy, the property manager, is great. She’s very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Maintenance has been good so far. I’ve had 1 issue and they fixed it the same day I brought the issue up. It’s small but the one bedroom is perfect for a bachelor pad or for a young couple. I would only knock them on 2 things. 1. There is no pantry to store food in. All the shelves are spaced so closely together, boxes of cereal can’t stand up right in any of the cabinets except the one above the stove. The other storage space is ample though. Multiple closets and even attic storage. 2. I feel like the apartment was designed for someone 5’ 6”. I’m nearly 6 feet tall and can barely fit in the shower. Twice a year rent and water goes up, I'm spending too much in rent, a house note is not 1144.00, things in my apt needs some attending too. I don't like the fact that we don't have a grace period to pay our rent without a high late charge. Maintenance guy Anton is awesome, Tammie is awesome.
