DO NOT MOVE HERE! Holabird Management in Dundalk is a nightmare. The property is filthy — a dead bird sat for 6 days with no cleanup. Maintenance? Forget it. No one answers emergency calls, and they don’t fix the A/C no matter how hot it is. They recently started towing cars without warning, then threw up signs after the fact. Total scam. And Debbie in the office? Rude, unprofessional, and asks inappropriate questions when you just want help. This place is trash. Stay far away.

They need to understand people problem while they living in apartments, first week of stay ,no hor water, took 4 days to fixed, within month heating stop working took 4 days, AC is stop working in summer time , called and report to fixed that, deby replied this not emergency, we don't have people, only we work fast who have medical problems like asthma 🙄. Yelling on phone. She must learn how to talk. Not recommend 😕
