Hilltop Estates

I rarely write reviews, but prospective tenants deserve to know what they’re walking into. I've lived here for 6 years. The new owners and BECKY the property manager have made my last chapters at this apartment a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They are trying to force out old tenants just to increase the rent to 1300$ for the next tenant. My rent was 680$ when I moved in. My current rent is 835$. I feel like I'm paying to MUCH. SO I WOULD NEVER EVER PAY 1200-1300$ to rent this place. This property can't justify doubling the rent. It's the same units with less amenities and NO security. There used to be security guards but the new owners got rid of them. It seems like they got rid of a a lot of stuff to CUT CORNERS. The ceilings leak and the walls and the THINNEST

The manager Becky is very sweet and understanding once you warm up to her but the assistant isn’t the nicest as she is liable to get frustrated and hang up. The maintenance needs improvement on efficiency and reliability. The community is usually mellow in terms of neighbors. The response time to call ins is about 1-2 days and the rent is average. The upkeep of the buildings are moderate and the wash room isn’t currently fully functional. The security gate is decorative but I don’t see much commotion or criminal activity myself. I’ve stayed here about a year and a half.

I have been at Hilltop Estates for about 2 months now and this is a very nice place to live. The management are always asking the residents if everything is ok with our apartments. They are easy to talk to and understanding. The estates is well kept and maintenance does work as soon as possible.

Been living at this place for a while now. I don’t have much bad things to say. Overpriced, but Nice clean apartments. I wish they fix the security gate in order to keep strangers out. Becky is very nice and get issues taken care of pretty quick.

Very unprofessional liars they have you sign a paper that stating that you will loose deposit if you dont accept the place. She never told me what the papers were i honestly thought that it was apart of application. So moving forward i needed to be moved in by the first of august and she left a voicemail stating that she wont have the place ready until the 8th i refused and requested my money back and she just refuses. to give me back my $300. Then her assistant is rude disrespectful and a liar got smart hung up on me and liedto her manager. they refuse to send me to corporate or talk to the actual property manager. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! after further investigation when i talked to people who live at the property they said that its terrible and be thankful it was not ready in
