Hills at Leander

No matter how many times management changed, they have all been the same. Extremely incompetent, rude, lazy, lack clear communication, and have very little involvement, if any, in the community. Hallways and stairwells are dirty and rarely cleaned. The community is non smoking throughout, yet residents smoke inside their apartments, as well as, outside on their balconies/patios. Many dog owners do not leash their animals, which is another rule not enforced. Very happy to have moved out of this poorly run, sad, dilapidated complex.

The team at the Hills at Leander are amazing! I was able to get my grandmother an apartment pretty quickly. Nubia at the front is very patient and helpful. She as very knowledgeable and made the application process a breeze!

The staff was Holly professional kind answered all my questions. We felt very at peace and calm there. It was a excellent experience.

I am very pleased living at Hills At Leander. I have read the reviews and it appears many of the complaints are being resolved. Hall carpets have been cleaned, breezeways and sidewalks have been pressure washed, ac and hvac have been upgraded/repaired. Fire alarm still goes off but not very often. Fire inspector out this week so I have hopes alarm issues have been resolved. I like very much living here. Nice and peaceful! Quiet! One thing I can complain about is how long it takes maintenance to come and take care maintenance requests. I take in consideration though of all they are doing outside of maintenance requests. Overall I have signed a new lease am grateful to have a beautiful apt to live in.
