Hillcrest Apartments

I stay at one of the other properties, but Dawn's office is at Hillcrest. She manages this property plus three others. Dawn is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She is quick to address any and all issues that may arise. Living at any of the properties that Dawn manages is like hitting the apartment lottery. Clean, quiet, and well maintained, both inside and out. Your search stops here! Call Dawn and make an appointment to meet and see what's available. I promise you that as soon as you open the door, you're going to say to yourself, "I'm home."

Spacious apartments. Friendly staff. Even gave me a few extra months on pet fee so I didn’t have to pay a regular deposit plus a dog deposit on move in day. Only complaint is the train tracks are right next to them. They come 3-4 times every hour and hard to hear and sleep with windows open at night.

I mean it wasn't too long ago a fire cleared out a good part of the building. If you have no other option than a complex there are much worse options in Findlay. Location can be a big plus. Kinda an okay place. I just visit.

The office is never open and before it closed time the offices is always closed and they only have one office with many other apartments why just one office. this apartment suck and the office is also suck cuz the office lady is never there. OneStar for me.

Aunt lived there. Apartment complex has a weird smell.
