Highland Hills Apartments

I have been here for over a year and when we first moved in the ceiling started to leak from upstairs. They came out went upstairs to the neighbors and said it was their dishwasher. Months have gone by and the ceiling continues to leak. We have been through alot since moving in so I try to be patient but I be damn if the ceiling didn’t start leaking again when new tenants moved in! This is absolutely ridiculous! These people don’t tend to the lawn, the trash is all over the place most weeks, and our patio is a mini jungle! We haven’t had pest control since moving in and we paid for an exterminator ourselves. The roaches are bad but we actively try to keep the exterminator. The same man they refused to pay is who came out and he was absolutely correct this place is mismanaging everything! W

I have lived here almost two years now. It’s been great for me and my wife. The staff has always been so helpful and they work with you and care about you. I see so much bad about this place on here - but I have always gotten decently quick help with any problem. Is it the BEST area? No. But we haven’t had any problems here (knock on wood) and all of our neighbors have been so nice. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, efficient place to live. I recommend Highland Hills!

My experience about the apartment is Horrible There was a leak underneath the kitchen sink .I’ll call them to Replace the refrigerator the fridge bought me had roaches come out there . Thr maintenance don't fix nothing it was mold In the bathroom, the water was brown. I don’t recommend you stay at the apartments.

I moved here last year and everything seemed fine at first but MY CEILING FELL IN WE HAD BLACK MOLD ROACHES WAS HORRIBLE AIR STOPPED WORKING and the people in office don’t wanna do there job the lightskin lady has a horrible attitude and the management is horrible I’m glad I left but DO NOT RENT HERE They pay people to lie on here these apartments are old and full of mold!! That’s why everyone in my building just moved out including me because the leaks and mold I know serval people in other buildings and they have the same problems!! Also because the school across the street that is vacant the homeless people breaks in abandoned apartments and overdose in them I had to call police and emergency services several times YALL DONOT RENT HERE EVER!!

Been waiting a week for AC/Heat to be fixed. Excuse after excuse, even lied to today by the leasing office, saying they had the part and it would be done today... no one showed up. Tenant is 63, frail, and handicapped. Supposed to be even warmer tomorrow.
