Highland Creek Apartments

We have been residents since March 2025 and love our condo like apartment at Highland Creek. Such a friendly neighborhood and the company takes such great care of the apartments and grounds. We are lucky to have gotten such a beautiful place, having all we need as we sold our home after 36 years. Thank you Highland Creek!

Overall this was a great place to live, even if only for a short amount of time. Everyone from the maintenance team is super responsive, competent, and friendly, and we always felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There is also a great network of nature trails off of Bonesteel Lane - unfortunately they're not labeled and there's no trail map but they're owned and maintained by the city of Brunswick. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a big one though - we had ants from the first week until we moved out. It took us about a week to really move in and bring our cats home, but within a day or two the ants had found their food on the floor and crawled into their bowls. We lived on the first floor, so I imagine this isn't an issue for second floor units... But, the entire time we lived

I love living here. I have been a resident going on 3 years now and I cant find anything to complain about. Its a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, kid friendly and pet friendly. Nice little area to exercise and take walks. Its the kind of place where you can leave your door unlocked and everyone is friendly and like-minded in terms of how they want to live.
