Lived here for 2 years and wiuldnt reccomend it. Management is extrenely rude, anytime you had a question or something was wrong they would ignore you or somehow turn it arounnd on you. Until I came after them with evidence that My hot water temp was illegal by code, they finally after months put in a new heater system. With that said when changing it out left my house trashed and everything everywhere for a entire weekend because it was there weekend. When I gave my notice I was leaving, they had MULTIPLE real estate agents calling me to see if they could view the apartment for a possible tenant. NOT my job to communicate with them, wasnt in the lease nor did I get heads up or give permission to have my number giving to them. Ontop of it i came home twice and my apartment was being viewe

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Management is rude and as helpful as the silverfish that live in these apartments. I was in a rush to find an apartment in the city and made the mistake of choosing this place, but I do not want others to make the same mistake. Once you sign that lease and put in your security deposit (Which you will 100% never see again) you may start to feel regret when your paying $30 a week for laundry. But don't worry, you will most likely be smarter than me and run away the moment you see the conditions of these 500 year old grubby dusty disgusting apartments. God Bless.

The only pro about this place is the proximity to the T. The space is very overpriced for what you get otherwise. The Management didn't bother to hire enough people to clean up / fix up the apartment before we moved in. Our mistake was being flexible, thinking they'd be as laid back when it came time for us to leave. Big mistake. They charged us for bullshit issues that existed before we moved in. I might have tried to get the issues fixed before if it were easy to find the maintenance guy, who is clearly overworked and always travelling to their other premises. You're not getting anything special by living in this "managed building". Pick a different apartment in the area.

Lived here for a year and would not recommend to anyone. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional, and when moving out they toured my apartment, left a mess and broke things. It’s very unsurprising no one renews their lease here because why on earth would you. The garage is also a trash dump and it seems no one cares enough to clean it up.

got robbed from the garage and lazy front desk wouldn’t turn over recordings. Made a bunch of nonsense excuses about it being illegal/ a liability. Its a garage mind you
