High View Apartments

Not safe. Had my car and neighbors cars either broken into or crashed into. Neighbors not following policies. Always loud and can't get a good nights sleep due to the road noise. Obnoxious tenants who smoke cigarettes and bad weed all day and night. Area close to druggie transients who camp a long side the perimeter of the lower lot. Management being lenient with particular tenants and not everyone else allowing policy breaking behavior. Would advise to look elsewhere than to live in this nightmare of apts.

Bad expirience living here. Constant noise from surrounding roads, vehicle break ins on the outside parking, noisy disrespectful neighbors. Overall would suggest anyone to look elsewhere then to live here.

Horrible place to live. Do not reccomend.
