Hidden Oaks Village

Living here currently for 1 year and some change. Ramona is one of the nicest and cooperative apartment managers I've ever met. There is about 17-20 visitor spots which helps but usually fill up around rush hour (to be expected). Washer/dryer combos, back patios, water tap in patio, and many more amenities. Only thing I wish was here is a pool/spa. Best part about this place is how quiet it is. Surrounded by walls and trees which make it a very serene and quiet area.

I just signed my 3rd lease here and wanted to leave a review for any future tenants....Hidden Oaks has been awesome. It's quiet, clean and (most importantly) affordable. With housing sky-rocketing in Reno/Sparks, it's hard to find affordable rentals right now. Hidden Oaks could have easily jacked up my rent, but the price has stayed consistently low, in comparison. I am so grateful!!! Parking can be tough if you have more than one vehicle for your house. The landscapers annoy me when they over-trim (they killed 2 large bushes) & over-water, but I know they're contracted so I can't blame the apartments. I don't have a W/D in my unit; I know some of the upgraded units do. But, I have been SO happy with everything else here. If you are considering renting here, DO IT!

I love this place, as well as Ramona is amazing! She’s quick and efficient. She also gets back way faster than most places and she’s really nice!

My own little patch of heaven, I grew up here and miss it with every beat of my aching heart. The memories, the life, the people. I can only hope that one day I will find my way back to the biggest little city.

There is literally 3 spots for visitors. On a Monday night I had to park blocks away to visit a friend who lives here.
