Hidden Oak Apartments

I have been trying to get in touch with this apartment complex since December to check for available units, but no one ever answers the phone. I have left multiple voicemails, yet no one has bothered to call me back. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and makes me question how they handle current residents' concerns. If they can’t even respond to potential tenants, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for people already living there. Definitely not a place I would trust with my housing needs.

PROS: 1. Resident Manager, Cynthia and Maintenance, Ricky are AWESOME!! They are absolutely two of the best people you will ever meet. 2. SAFE, quiet and affordable apartment community. 3. Prompt response from management when concerns are brought to their attention. 4. I lived in this apartment complex for four years and never had any problems. If I had not relocated out of state, I would still be there. I have NOTHING negative to say.

Probably the only newly-renovated apartment complex around the Jackson State University area. Neighborhood is quite and off the main drag. Security gates and security cameras make it a safer place to be. On-site management helps make sure the place is run properly.

Large one-bedroom apartment and great complex. Nobody bothers me and it’s very quiet. Gated for added security and very close to downtown Jackson.
