Hidden Lakes Apartment Homes

OMG these apartments are amazing. Casey and Holy both helped us get our smooth move done from a Morgan Properties in MD. The porperty Manager Courtney is also super sweet and always on hand if we need help and easy to get hold of as well. They were all so sweet and kind to us. Extending patience with getting the paperwork done. and having to deal with the horrible service of the apartments we were currently in before moving into Hidden Lakes. They were so sweet when I finally was able to meet them in person as well. I arrived very close to close and Holy greeted me. And everyone in the office was so happy and excited to meet our Dog Raiden and our cat Shayde. I have been here for a month now and Maintenace is super friendly. We routinely stop in at the office to see all the girls up there

This place looked great for me and had everything I needed, except a good fitness center. The apartment looked great, plenty of space for a 1 bedroom, and had the washer and dryer hookups I needed. I know the area, which is quiet and pretty safe, but expanding due to Austin Landing and the incoming stores/crowds. The fitness center was the only complaint since it was a room, barely 8 x 10, with 5 lb free weights and less than 5 total machines and treadmills. The pool looked great, the pond and view was nice, but the gym was lacking. If that's not a concern for you, this is a very good option.

They have spectrum internet when moving out we asked if we are suppose to leave modem and router in apartment or turn into spectrum. They told us to leave in the apartment as they cover the spectrum internet for the apartment. Next thing you know spectrum is saying we have to pay for missing modem and router. Go back to their office to explain and now they are saying it’s our fault and we are suppose to return it to spectrum and we have to pay. Don’t ever go to these apartments their rent is as much as our mortgage and they do stuff to pinch every penny from you. Their reply is a lie. There is another review that has the same exact complaint. The workers here are bad with communication and can’t have the decency to just admit they are wrong and apologize. This one star is ONLY for the maintenance guys and the few decent front desk ladies who helped me remove my ex from my lease in an emergency during Thanksgiving one year. Everyone else and everything else about this place deserves nothing. Hidden Lakes will drain your wallet under the illusion of “luxury.” Maintenance was always amazing, but management and ownership are pure greed. I moved into 2310 Equestrian Drive Apt 1D in March 2021 — a 675 sq ft unit for $875/mo — and every year they hiked the rent while tearing their pool out for months at a time and remodeling their precious clubhouse. The Move-In process has been super easy and accommodating! Maddy was super responsive and helped with any issues I had. The small maintenance issues I had on move in where fixed within the day, with a great maintenance team.
