Hickory Meadow

As a resident of six years, do not recommend. In fact, I do not recommend anything owned by Woda. Lack of maintenence. Mold in units that have become a health hazard. High rent for a single floor unit. Also, partial rent payments are only accepted through Flex and if you have bad credit you are not accepted to use the service. When asking for a transfer for any reason, you are met with a reason as to why it won't happen. In general, the majority of the people that live here are nothing but drama. Maintenence doesn't exist here anymore. You can put in all of the requests that you want, but given we no longer have a maintenance person on site, nothing is fixed unless it involves your AC/Furnace. So far my experience has been great both Melissa and Cindy have been great and extremely helpful and made this a wonderful experience for my 2 children and myself throughout our transition to living at Hickory Meadow.

I have lived here for almost five years. Great management and maintenance. If I need anything they are right on it. The grounds are always clean and I feel very safe living here. The comments about children running around is not the fault of the staff, they are not responsible for the residents children. This is an apartment complex.... not a daycare center. I would recommend anyone living here.

I have lived here 2 yrs and find the place beautiful, well kept and maintained. I would definitely recommend this place. I can decorate the outside and your own storage shed is a big plus. I admit I stick to myself and don't bother with drama. I absolutely Love this place .

Mellisa is great. She went above and beyond for me. She is an amazing manager and she has a heart of gold. Thank you so much for everything.
