Hermosa Village Apartments

I had a great experience touring these apartments thanks to the community manager, Kayla. She was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, and she took the time to show me three different apartment options so I could really compare what would work best for me. She also made sure to show me both dog parks on the property, which I really appreciated. I absolutely loved the farmhouse vibe of the community—it felt warm and inviting. Kayla answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and made the entire tour comfortable and informative. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Thank you, Kayla, for such a positive experience!

Although I haven’t signed a lease yet, the customer service from the front office has been outstanding. They’ve been extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the touring and inquiry process. Their professionalism alone makes this community worth considering. I want to specifically thank Chelsea for helping us trying to find the *perfect* unit. Unfortunately they didn’t have any 3 bedrooms available but we are considering their 2 bed!

So far, it’s been fantastic. The complex is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We moved in with ease, and we love how small and well-kept it is. It feels more like a community than an apartment complex. We’re excited to spend many years here.

We recently moved into this apartment property and couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing, from the manager to the assistants; everyone is attentive and professional. The maintenance team is equally friendly and professional, always ready to help with any issues. The property is super peaceful and beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that we truly enjoy. The property is always very clean, which adds to the overall positive experience. Additionally, all the residents are very kind and social, making the community very welcoming. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent place to live!

Don’t expect to get your deposit back even if you hire move out cleaners. Just save the money and do it yourself. Lived there for 2 years and the apartment was fine but they increased the amenity fees the second year but didn’t add any new amenities besides a cleaning service that you still had to pay for. Also went back to get something that was left in my apartment from the front desk and couldn’t find anyone working for 20 minutes. Finally heard voices outside and realized two office workers were sitting out back chatting and had to ask for service. The woman who helped me seemed annoyed at being interrupted.
