I’m feeling bittersweet bout this place. Would be nice if CMHA cared more about the tenants than trying to always utilize their rules and policies. Need more male influence as managers instead of women all the time.

The landlord is very rude she only listen to the people that that she has watching the new people she lies about everything. Oh I am about fight this so bad I am going to sue cmha cause I will not be harassed by anyone at all or be put out.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone ? It says lunch 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm but I’ve been calling since 11 am why is that an nobody is inside from what I can see.

Do not move here. Yes it's a beautiful home but it is not worth your sanity. Too much crime& the children are wild and disrespectful in this area it's a bad neighborhood no matter how they fix it up. It you like ignorance and low vibration then this is the perfect community for you.

You know what? With this Covid-19 situation, you get a different vibe with every place you visit. I was just paying rent for my mom.
