Heritage not only do they care about you living on their property they are looking for you to have a living experience of having opportunity to fulfill your dreams in life. The staff is amazing Roshun and Sandra helps with Community support with bringing in out reach and resources to help you live a better lifestyle they keep you informed daily and there’s always a fun surprise. Brandon is absolutely amazing as well. He makes sure that you are well taken care of and he also looks out for those little ones making sure they get home safely and also a fun treat sometimes after school. This place is amazing! The leasing staff is a joke. I put my application in dec 23, 2025. Prior to putting in my application I advised them that I was moving due to needing a bigger space. They are literally just taking the application fee and wasting peoples time. It took them 6 weeks to complete my application after applying. They don't follow up at all. I had to call Roshan to find out I was approved however, it was conditional being I will owe my current apartment an early termination fee. I advised them that I have already made arrangements to pay the early termination fee with my current apartment. They stated that I needed to provide them of proof and we could move forward. Again I had to reach out a week later for an update no update. I have no evictions, never been late on rent in years which they saw.

Living over here has had its downs due to car break ins however the office staff has done a tremendous job at getting more security which has allowed those break ins to stop. The staff also does a great job and tending to any issues that are brought to their attention to make sure the property is kept up and looking nice. I love my unit and the area of the property that I live in. I also love how the staff hosts multiple activities on a monthly basis to keep the neighbors engaged and also give you a chance to know them on a personal level. Certain things are out of their control but I can’t take away that they do their best to address all issues that arise. My overall experience is a great one.

If I could give no stars I would do exactly that. It's ironic to know that I'm the one, not management..... That created this page for the property..... This company is soooooo unbelievably unprofessional it's ridiculous. From shootings, break ins (homes and cars), peeping toms, unprofessional and lackadaisical staff, I have manyyyyyy more complaints, videos and pictures that I will be sending to a lawyer, the news, the BBB, and the ADA. This company predates and falsified letters to accommodate the 24 hour required notice that they will be entering your unit... They don't leave notices to let you know that they entered your unit. Pest control is suppose to come every Tuesday. I always have to flag them down to come into my unit. They rarely answer the phones. I've complained repeatedly

From the very beginning, my experience with Heritage Townhomes has been nothing short of amazing. Roshana and Brandon went above and beyond during my leasing process—they were professional, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a resident. My application and move-in process were seamless, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. On the very first day of signing my lease, they hosted a sip and paint event for the residents, which showed me right away how much they care about building community.
