My experience with Heritage Realty has been very disappointing. I have rented with them over 17years same building and new manager on property (acting as if she was the owner of the building Celia ) I'm currently moving and this "manager" keeps harassing me to give her money! Ridiculous! Give you money when you are keeping my full deposit is BS. I will be taking legal action against her and Heritage Realty. Just avoid them at all cost. If I can give a -0 star would definitely do so. Disappointed and disgusted by manager/management!!

Rude and unprofessional employees, specifically Joyce. Caterin is our most recent property manager and doesn’t handle anything, directs you to call the owner for everything and the owner Terry, doesn’t answer. When I moved into my unit my unit was not painted nor cleaned. Upon move out I was charged $1100 for paint (lived there a year and patched holes before vacating) $400 for cleaning- when I moved in my tub was disgusting, fridge had soy sauce all over it and oven wasn’t cleaned and windows were black. Before renting you should know late fees are 10%, move out charges will be close or over to $2k. They won’t do a move in inspection or let you fill out any paperwork so you can write down what’s you see wrong with the unit but will do a 30 min move out inspection to try and charge you for

Marsh Fence does a lot of fencing projects with Heritage Realty and they are a great company to work with. They are very detail oriented and super easy to communicate with. We have been working with them for many years and we really appreciate their professionalism. Lately we have been working very closely with Jason, he is outstanding to work with. The community is very lucky to have Heritage Realty.

Renting with them as management has been a very pleasant experience in over 4 years, maintenance requests are followed up and resolved promptly and the app used to pay rent and request maintenance is very convenient, Maya our property manager has been very helpful in every renting aspect.

My experience with this realty company was extremely frustrating. Communication was slow and unreliable, and instead of getting professional guidance, I was met with incompetence and rudeness from Joyce Diaz. She was dismissive of my concerns, failed to follow through on commitments, and made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Buying or renting a home should be handled with care and respect, but that was not the case here. I cannot recommend this company, especially with representatives like Joyce Diaz handling clients..
