As a renter, I thought this company lacked professionalism. They were often rude and demeaning when contacted. Maintenance requests and concerns were not answered in a timely manner, with one issue resulting in potential danger. They lack communication and did not provide the proper 24 hour notice before coming to the residence on several occasions. Renting from this company has caused much stress and frustration. From my experiences, I would not put my trust in them to represent a rental property either.

Robin and Rebecca were both so helpful to us. They gave great advice when we asked for their opinion. Robin always responded quickly when I would text or email with a question. She planned our open house for a great time and must’ve presented the property well because we received multiple offers. She also made the paperwork an easy process for us. We appreciate her very much and would highly recommend her if you are in need of a real estate agent- for either buying or selling! We can’t thank you enough, Robin!

Robin Homan and the group at Heritage Realty helped us out with selling my home. We were in a tough spot, but thankfully we had Heritage step in and take over management of the property. Then when it was time also sold the home. Working with Heritage Realty was stress-free and they answered any and all questions we had. Robin handled any issue that came up with the property easily and smoothly. They were wonderful to work with and if I have another house to sell, or buy I will absolutely contact them again!

We lived at one of the properties and they were good with communicating our needs to the owners. When we moved into the unit the previous owners had an animal that destroyed the carpet and they were able to get it replaced for us quickly. Any repairs we needed they sent really nice people out to fix it. The office is a little weird though. I remember when we were first interacting with then the front desk person was weird and wouldn’t answer our questions. The agents were hard to get in contact with them too. When it came time for us to move early they did their due diligence to find someone To live in our unit. The biggest downside is just the communication. They do the job, but you have to stay on top of them to get a response/info sometimes.

We worked with Robin to buy a house September 2022. She made the process so easy. She answered all our questions quick. She took care of any issues that came up. She got us set up with a loan officer to get us a mortgage that worked for what we needed. She went above and beyond! She got us OUR HOME!!!! I couldn't recommend anyone more! She was great to work with!
