I am happy here. They have a great maintenance staff and also the office staff are great.

I have lived her 15 years. Have lovely apartment. Close to Largo Mall. Private patio with each apartment.

My husband and I are on the list for four months now. I was just down there to see the place for myself and I am very pleased!!! I cannot wait to move in!!! I hope I won’t have to wait too long but it will be worth the wait . The lake is just gorgeous there were birds and ducks with babies and squirrels it was just like Noah’s ark. Absolutely gorgeous. Exactly how I want to spend my life! Nice and quiet with a pool and I met a friend who already lives there . Hope to catch back up with her when it’s my turn to move in. Very nice and friendly people and the staff is very helpful as well.

I've been here two months and love it! It is very quite and safe. The lawn and maintenance staff keep every thing pristine, thanks guys! The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I have been told there was a lot of fun going on in the Rec Hall until the COVID crisis but hopefully those activities will return soon.My unit was completely renovated upon my arrival. Some call the apartment small but it's perfect for my needs. New carpet. appliances and fixtures, squeaky clean! I hope to stay for many years!

Beautiful apartment community. Park setting is a like a dream! Picnic tables in the perfect Florida weather! The have a very nice clubhouse where they have many events. Very, very affordable and beautiful!
