As someone who been here for many, many years, this is the best place if you love bed bugs and waiting months, and i mean months for repairs. Dan, the guy who works in the office does not communicate with maintenance because he tells me he was never told. so someone is lying. The bedbug infestation is so bad right now, i do not see it ever being cured. I'm one of the cleanest apartments in here, from what they tell me and im getting bit to all hell here. I'm beyond stressed out and frustrated from dealing with bumps rashes from this. As someone who been here for many, many years, take my word, do not move in. you will regret it.

They offer 1, and 2 bedroom apartments and also a studio apartment for around the same price range The Manager is Great and they have been updating the apartments with modern appliances. They also have vending machines on the lower level. This place is secure with locked 🚫 entry by a key card on only people who are renting can access!

I just received an eviction notice not even a week before Christmas for “unpaid rent”, that was paid. On time. When we first moved in, the manager showing us the apartment did not step foot inside. She gave the tour from the hallway looking in. I thought something felt off about this but ignored my gut feeling. After moving in furniture and staying for a couple of days I began to see little red bumps all over my arms and had a sinking feeling that our apartment was infested with bugs. Upon further inspection, we found dead bed bugs in the corners of every room, but could not find any alive. After a trip to Walmart with just about every bed bug killing product we could find, we sprayed every nook and cranny and laid out the traps in each room. One of the worst places around Canton! Went here to look at a place and I almost ran after they told me what rent was after I saw not only cockroaches crawling in the office but they had BEDBUGS CRAWLING ON THE PEOPLE WHO LIVED THERE! I tried asking the office why they had BEDBUGS and I was asked to leave. I'll never be back and I'll never live there!
