I’ve really enjoyed renting from Heritage Home Rental! The team is always friendly and quick to respond whenever I need something. They made the move-in process simple, and my home has been well taken care of. It’s hard to find rental companies that actually care about their tenants, but Heritage definitely does. We have been renters of Heritage Home for almost 10 years. We recently purchased our first home, otherwise we would still be renting from them! Cathy, Stuart, and Misty are not only very easy to work with, but they are very good people as well. All of our maintenance issues have always been handled promptly and efficiently. My family and I rented a home for 3 years managed by Heritage Home Rentals. We’ve recently bought a house, but our experience with this company was nice. Prior to renting through Heritage Home Rentals, we rented from a very large and well known rental company. Our experience was terrible. We could never speak with anyone directly and our maintenance requests were ignored. I can honestly say this company was the best by far! Periodically issues with the home would arise, as is the case with most homes, however all complaints and issues were taken seriously and dealt with in a timely manner.
