Heritage Heights Apartments

I lived at the heritage heights apartments for 3 years.. I absolutely loved it. It’s a beautiful place to live.. very clean and well maintained. I also have to say that everyone in the office is very nice. The maintenance man is friendly and always Quick to getting maintenance issues fixed fast. Each building has their own caretaker. I lived in building 11811 and Cheryl is the caretaker in that building. She is amazing and always very friendly.. I live in my apartment with my two sons And everyone was always good to them. I highly recommend this place for anyone and their family.. thank you Heritage Heights for the last three years!!!

Decent apartments, poor management. I’m a 20 something girl, lived on 2nd floor and had an old man peeping in my window, who also lived there. Management told me “he was probably looking at a bird.. he’s never been a problem before” yet he was quite literally making eye contact with me through my window at midnight. But since he’s never been a problem before, it’s not a problem now? Whatever. Also, there’s no cameras and they do not plan on getting any. I’ve had packages stolen and management does not care or want to do anything to prevent that.

I don't currently live here as I've only just applied for housing, but I wanted to share my thoughts based on my tour experience. The property manager, Renate Sandberg, was very warm and welcoming and gave me the best tour. The property was clean and well-maintained, and neither the hallways nor the apartment had any unpleasant odors. The apartment also looked just like it did online, even a bit bigger. I was highly impressed!

I applied for housing and they acted like they were in a rush to process my application when it hadn’t even been a week yet. The property manager Charlotte was very rude about doubling back asking if my kids were sick like I was going to get her sick. I felt like it was rude and short service. And not very professional. Worrying about my bank account money instead of asking if I had more money telling me, I didn’t have enough to move. Which I did but how do you feel comfortable explaining your situation when you feel interrogated? I don’t keep all of my money in a bank account. They say they are an equal opportunity property which I found to not be true. The apartments also look better online, they’re a little worn down if you pay attention on your tours. When my son moved into a heritage apartment it was clean & looked great. There were no signs that cats had been in the apartment nor did we didn't know he was so allergic he'd end up in the ER with difficulty breathing due to cat dander. Once we realized the problem, Heritage staff Renate worked quickly to get him into a different apartment. I don't know what we would have done had they not worked with us. I highly recommend renting from Heritage Heights apartments with Charlotte who did our lease & Renate who contacted my son & myself throughout process of moving him.
