Heritage at Waters Landing

i was asked to give an honest review, so here it is. Overall, this is a really nice community. The office staff is great! Ms. Porter is always there smiling, laughing, and she truly knows how to do her job. The team is professional and very helpful. The rent is not overpriced for what you get, and the property is well maintained. The only things I’m still waiting on are getting my fireplace fixed and my key fob working properly to access the gym after hours. Other than that, I’ve had a good experience and appreciate the office and maintenance staff. .

I recently helped someone secure housing at Heritage at Waters Landing and had a positive experience working with Ms. Porter. Once we connected, communication was clear and the paperwork process moved quickly. The entire process ended up being much smoother and faster than expected, and we were able to secure housing within just a few weeks. I really appreciated her help in getting everything completed so efficiently.

My family lived here for 4 years. During that time we had these issues: 1. Air conditioning broke every summer and took weeks to fix. 2. Our car was towed overnight even though we had the correct permit sticker on display. 3. EXTREME MOLD PROBLEM. This is a health and safety issue. The mold was so bad, it was inside the bathroom wall behind the tiles. It made the tiles detach. Their solution? Force us to vacate for 48 hours (no compensation) while they re painted the bathtub and glued the tiles back on over top the mold. All they did was paint over the tiles. It’s a shower, so obviously the moisture caused the paint to peel and the mold was never actually treated. This happened on two separate occasions, because their remedy didn’t actually fix anything. 4. Washing machine broke multip

I just renewed my lease for another year. When I first applied for apartments, no one would help me but this community. They gave me a second chance, and I’m truly grateful. The maintenance staff is great and always helpful. I’ve had a positive experience living here and I’m happy to call this place home. Thsnk you guys
