Positive: Super easy application process and pretty area. Military friendly, which is a major plus. Office management is super kind and I love that they try to do little community events and things in the leasing office. Food trucks, hot cocoa bar, kid friendly events, and such are all beyond appreciated even if it's small. Mailboxes are easy access and convenient, plus they have a mail service and trash pickup (I don't personally use). I like the gated feel and pricing is decent enough. Any time we have an issue (which isn't often), they're willing to make things right without difficulty or fuss. This is a nice apartment complex. The application process went very smoothly and the office personnel were very kind and easy to work with. Jeanna Davis was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions very easily throughout the application process as well as during move-in. Also maintenence is absolutely terrific!! Their response time is very quick and they are also very respectful. The apartment itself is clean and well taken care of, and all appliances work well. This also goes for the ambiance of the property. It is very well maintained! Overall, it's a great place to live!

I will first start by saying that despite how nice a complex looks, the true living experience is dictated by those who manage it. You never know what you are going to get until you move in, and the introductory pleasantries have passed after signing your lease. I have to say that the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure my move-in process went smoothly and that I was truly comfortable. I first met Tammy in the front office, who is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever met. She enjoys her job, cares about her tenants, and it clearly shows. There were of course little move-in issues that needed to be resolved, but she was immediately on top of it and quickly resolved them. I

I lived there almost 4 years. I have seen several management companies and managers. The apartment looks good outside. But very cheap materials are used. When you try to clean, you can see the paint coming off. I had to paint some cabinets doors. Trash is another issue. You can see a huge pile of the trash bags next to compactor. You also need to live with ROACHS. If you are living or want to live in there, make sure that you document everything. Because you can get different info from manager and assistant manager. For example i was told by assistant manager that I can move early however manager told me that assistant manager is new/untrained so I had to pay extra money. First off if I could rate this a negative I would!! The roach problem is disgusting to the point I don’t even like going home to an almost $2,000 a month apartment, it’s not fair. Then when you bring the roach problem up they make you pay a ridiculous amount for pest control to come out even tho you get billed for pest control on your monthly rental statement. And they make it seem like it’s YOUR fault that their apartments are infested!!
