This is Jeanne I have iCloud it won’t let me sign in with it but I wanna say Kim is a awesome landlord/property manager she goes out of her way to help you she always has a smile on her face if something is wrong she’s on it like example if something is wrong inside the apartment she’s on it. She’s very respectful and caring. She helps you understand something it truly means a lot. I hope she stays working here for awhile me and my husband moved in almost two weeks ago she was very helpful that day very nice and explained everything to us I just wanna say thank you Kim please continue to be the person you are your awesome. Kim is awesome she is returning calls and emails no issue she listens and understands and she’s gonna help my wife next week when she gets paid to get our application done and etc so we can move in Kim is very kind and patience and respectful so thank you

do NOT move here. especially if you have kids. i could write an extremely long review with receipts and screenshots. but i’m gonna hit the important points. this place doesn’t have central heating and air which is fine however they will tell you your AC is “working to its max capacity” when it sure is not and your apartment is above 85° inside. yet they won’t provide you with any portable ACs or fans (they’ll make you pay for those yourself) and they will also make sure the office is a nice and cold 68° but will do their absolute best to NOT repair the ACs inside the units. unit 901 to be exact. also weird and not a good sign if a property manager calls you to “verify your income” and then acts shocked or confused when you tell them what it is. we broke our lease because it’s simply not

We will not deny the property manager, Janet is very outgoing and makes you comfortable HOWEVER, we applied after disclosing EVERYTHING to her about our financial status. She said she saw no problem at all. Even gave us our apartment address. We applied, paid the $90.00 fee and 5 minutes after we were denied. If you HAVE ANYTHING ON YOUR CREDIT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! We were definitely disallusioned!!

Amazing people and amazing maintenance and nice and clean apts I love Janet and Kimberly they are amazing I love this place so much
