UPDATE: The only reason there are positive reviews is because the office started begging people to change them with the promise that they’d turn things around. DO NOT LIVE HERE. It is filthy. I’ve put in several requests for them to have the cleaner wipe down laundry machines and common areas like the elevator. They consistently mark the requests as completed though they never actually clean. Dogs poop and pee in the elevator and the lobby and it’s left for days. There’s always garbage from peoples garbage bags in the elevator, blood, food, etc. it’s disgusting. (People have to use this elevator to move all their stuff in and out. Who wants their stuff covered in garbage and animal waste??) The cleaner does deep clean the office though, because ya know, the staff needs a sanitary work env

Avoid at all costs! I recently moved here after being shown the staged units which looked good. However, when I received my apartment, I was given one with cracked and peeling paint all over. I had to request to be moved to a different one and pay more to not have the paint issues. There are many issues with management that I can go over but the biggest issue happened today when I got back from a weekend away. The boiler room hadn't been working and when they fixed it, a radiator burst in my apartment. I got back to discover that my furniture was ruined, and my food and clothes were covered in mold. There is NO ONE to contact with emergency issues other than a voicemail so I'm still waiting to get help with this issue. This is not out of the norm though, contacting management for unexplain

The current mgmt asked me to give feedback on my experience. Overall things have been solid. If you want to be in midtown close to downtown, this area is great. I can take the train downtown. The area is super walkable and I work right in the area so I really don't have to drive my car that much. This place isn't perfect but it does look like they're making improvements. That freight elevator was dirty not too long ago lol. They actually cleaned and painted it though. And it seems like the last few months they added a cleaner . A lot of old buildings here and sometimes you tune these things out. But i noticed its a but cleaner here lately. Never seen anyone take care of common areas before except vacuum it. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jai. She was amazing and knowledgeable when discussing all of the apartments options. Answered all off my questions that I had. She helped to quickly get me to the conclusion of heather hall. I recommend her if you need someone with patience and straight forward answers. Especially if you’re a talker like me lol :)
