Hawthorne Park Apartments

I don't often leave reviews, but I've lived here twice now and feel it's time. I personally haven't had a bad experience here. For the price, size, and proximity to everything in Mayfield it was perfect for me. Management has always been kind and quick to respond, maintenance was great, and if I ever needed a place to live again I would surely come back here!

This is by far the most responsive management company I've ever rented from. Whenever I've contacted them for repairs, the work is done quickly-- often that same day. Other renters seem to agree: my school did a survey of students who rent nearby, and PIC got uniformly great reviews. Another google reviewer spoke of unexpected charges: I'm not sure what they are referring to. As for the quality of the apartments, mine is old but large and well-maintained; YMMV. Just wanted to put in a good word for a company that's been honest and professional.

Horrible! Save your time. Look elsewhere. Ms. B from Mayberry(lynn) sits in the office and watches every move you make. Unless you feel like being treated like a second grader, I would look elsewhere. Not to mention, everything is old and breaks. Then, you get charged. It was nice when Mr. Silverman was alive. The place went down hill after he passed away leaving Lynn in charge in the office. Beware- she will pretend to be your friend in the beginning and then cast her evil ways upon you. Stay clear of this place. Old and run down - not worth the money.
