Haworth Terrace Apartments

I have read the reviews and My experience has been good! When I first moved in I quickly realized I unfortunately live next to aajor Karen It didn't go for as I shut her down fast and permanently No your not allowed to have a window A/C, people fail to realize they cause thousands of dollars in damage from water dripping These are very low income apartments , Absolutely no reason at all that someone can't save! To many entitled people,think about others property and the water damage because someone is just ungrateful!! Appreciated that you don't pay $1300

DON'T OWN A AC UNIT IF YOU WANT TO LIVE HERE! THEY WILL EVICT YOU! I won't be surprised if in the application process they ask if you have a ac unit so they can rent to you or not because they don't want to work with you, they just want to evict. Definitely reporting these "apartments"

Hi, My Uncle is a civil Attorney out of Washington. If there are any current or past tenants an who want to file a class action civil lawsuit against "Haworth Terrance Apartments", let me know. They just recently evicted a handicapped family for having an air conditioner in their unit.

The current manager at Haworth Terrace is excellent, and that makes living at Haworth Terrace decent. The public areas are kept up well. It can take a long time for maintenance issues to be resolved, depending on the severity of the issue. When certain things wear out from use (fridge shelves, kitchen drawers, etc.) they are rarely fixed or replaced. Tenants who have lived here for 10+ years need carpets replaced and walls painted from normal use, especially since the carpets were well used before they moved in, and this doesn't happen. This is generally a good place to live, but I only rated it "Good" because of slow and non-existent maintenance.

They evict tenants for having in-window AC units without providing a realistic alternative for those with a low income. Don't want that issue? Give AC units with the apartment. Do they want people to die from heat stroke? Clearly.
