Chehalem Pointe Apartments

BEWARE!! Terrible experience with the management of this apartment complex. The apartment was kept in immaculate shape, and we spent hours deep cleaning and making sure everything was perfect for move out. Have rented from numerous other tennants and have always gotten 100% of my deposit returned. I reqested a move out inspection, but was told even if we did this with the onsight manager, the upper management would still be the ones to determine any money kept from deposit, and they will not do a walk out inspection with you. So basically they get to pick and choose what they want to charge you for. "extra cleaning" for $200 dollars, "extra cleaning for carpets" for $490, when there was no stains whatsoever. Angelique is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels valued and at home. Very friendly management. Sunny and Andrew are always available to help. This is a very kid friendly community, with speed bumps installed to keep our children safe. Apartment layouts are very well thought out and open with extra storage unit on porch. The place was spotless when I moved in due to the very attentive cleaning crew. Apartments are priced at market value AND pet friendly! Great location close to downtown, but not so close you get the downtown traffic.

Everything here is so comfortably set to make you feel very welcome. The setting is so calm neighborhood is so neatly kept and there’s always somewhere to park. Management is exceptional, they’re quick to respond and are very sweet. From the beginning things have been very easy to get through. Amazing layout as well apartment with 2 bedroom is beautiful. They have 1,2 and 3 bedroom I can’t imagine how big the 3 bedrooms are. Love it here

Great management and maintenance. Safe and quiet. Grounds are kept clean and mowed. Two laundry facilities onsite as well as hookups in each apt. I've lived here 2.5 years and have no complaints except for the high rents plaguing this area. However, this is a Section 8 facility but has a several years waiting list.
