The company was wonderful and understanding. We had an emergency situation come up where we had to move to a bigger place to foster our brother. They did not charge us and were so kind and understanding. Forever grateful and will always recommend them as a great rental company that actually has compassion.

While, yes, they are a business first, there are REAL, wonderful people that work here. They are compassionate and kind and want to keep your family under a roof. Quick with maintenance concerns, not rude or disrespectful. All in all, good company, even better people.

Great experience renting with this company. Denise is a top notch communicator and great person to work with during my time renting. I would recommend this group overall if you are looking to rent in the area and looking for a trustable property manager. Diane and Denise are soooo pleasant to work with. Diane even showed us a property we rented at 5:30am in the morning. EDIT 11-23-2025: Sometimes, the exit procedures are so badly executed that it sours the entire renting experience. This was the case for us. I want to provide fair warning for anyone interested in a property from Chehalem: take more photos and videos than you think is reasonable BEFORE you move in, and know that any “reasonable wear” can and will be charged to you on exit, and any cleaning you do will just be saving them cleaning fees that they can and will charge you for anyway, so prepare accordingly. The additional $800 pet fee will NOT go towards cleaning carpets, but rather is an additional source of income.
