Springbrook Ridge Apartments

Springbrook is our home away from home. My husband and I moved in the end of August and truly appreciate our welcome from a clean apartment to well groomed grounds around us. I enjoy the workout room and daily greetings from staff. Thank you for a little bit of Heaven on Earth!😀

The apartments were clean, in good repair, and in a quiet setting. Courtney was courteous and thorough with the tour and application process.

I toured the property on May 5 and confirmed directly with the leasing agent that my husband and I were applying for a specific first floor unit. We submitted our application the same day I toured and followed up by phone to make sure our interest in that unit was clear. We were later told that we were third in line for the unit. No one ever mentioned a waitlist or other applicants during our tour or initial contact. We were never asked for an application fee or given any kind of update on our status, and after sending an email asking for clarification, we never received a response. To make matters worse, the main apartment manager (long black hair) never introduced herself, brushing me off with a brusque and noticeably cold attitude. The apartment managers and the maintenance personnel at springbrook ridge apartments are the best! I really needed a place to live and had been applying for apartments all around town with no luck, until I came across these apartments. Elizabeth (apartment manager) is professional, understanding and kind. She worked extremely hard to get my application approved and moved me in within a week of starting the screening process. I just moved in yesterday, but so far I've been welcomed by neighbors, and felt right at home! I highly recommend living here if you're looking to move to Newberg! There's plenty of storage, they are extremely well maintained, and clean! It's a non smoking property as well! The apartments have lots of amenities on top of that! There is a workout room, A/C in every unit
