Most horrible management company in Hawaii. Stay away. If youre on a board or part of an HOA, stay away from these guys. 0 communication, 0 accountability, 0 correspondence. Look elsewhere or stay self managed.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Multiple VM left with no response. Trying to pay the HOA has taken 3 months. No one ever answers. And when you finally get a call back it’s the same advice as before that yielded no results. Not impressed

I'm a real estate broker and multiple property owner. I've had to and still deal with them on several properties. Besides the heavy bureaucracy, my main complaint is when we had a flooding event at a condo which they assured me would be covered by insurance. I did my own research and found out it was NOT. Fortunately, I had not already signed on to their preferred remediation company for repairs, which would have made me responsible for the over $10k cost. Yet they still threatened me when I refused to do repairs to my own unit that I was not legally obligated to do. Very unprofessional. Aloha - I am an owner at one of the complexes that Hawaiiana Management Company oversees and would like to express my disappointment and frustration about the lack of responsiveness from this company in addition to concerns about some of their fees they charge. I have attempted many times to get in touch with our community representative, Carol. Often times it takes weeks (or in my last case, over a month) and still no reply. I was concerned about some of the fees they are charging and have been questioning these for a while now. I even emailed the President, Mike and his reply was that he was sorry to hear about my concerns and he will have someone reach out - no one has and it has been a week now. HMC is not doing anything for homeowners and constantly ignoring our concerns. Worst customer service ever. They charge us excessively for not getting anything done. Listen to the property owners!!!
