We are extremely disappointed with our experience with this property management company. Before our arrival, I proactively reached out after seeing prior reviews mentioning cleanliness concerns. I was assured the unit had been cleaned to their standards and would be in proper condition. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The carpets were visibly dirty, there were layers of dust on multiple surfaces (including ledges and the top of the refrigerator), and several pillows had visible stains that appeared to be bodily fluids. This was unacceptable and very uncomfortable for our family. We contacted management and provided photos. While they offered to refund the cleaning fee, that does not change the fact that the unit was not properly prepared despite direct assurances beforehand.

Maui Condo and Home was so helpful in setting up our vacation condo. After searching the internet (for way to long) I came across a condo that was listed under this group. I realized that the internet special had expired so I called (crazy I know). The woman I spoke with was so helpful and was able to book me into the Maui Vista unit #3421. Not only did she give me a special rate ($300) cheaper than the cheapest AirBnb or other, but she also put us in a really nice unit. #3421 was our home for a week and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the unit even had boogie boards, ice chests and a beach umbrella. Maui Sunset is the perfect family location with a fantastic pool, BBQ areas, large, sweeping, flat lawns that go right to the beach. Would come again! Apartments range in price, range and size depending on what suites you best.

Building 7, Unit 107. 7-107. Maui Condo and Home was very easy to deal with and they went out of our way to make our reservation work for us as we were staying in two different units this trip. Booking was simple, payment easy and secure. Since this was the second unit we were staying in, the cleaning staff allowed us to move our fridge items in very early....extremely helpful. The unit itself left basically everything to be desired. While it was very clean (props to the staff) the unit was severely out of date and the absolute most basic place we've stayed at and seen in this complex. We have stayed in 4 different units and each time visited people in multiple units. There is no screen door on the front entrance, not allowing for a cross breeze with a locked door. EVERY other uni

We rented a condo in Maui Vista. The unit was clean and well stocked with all your household needs. The property itself was well maintained and very friendly. No loud music or parties, a very relaxing place to stay. It was very helpful to be walking distance from everything. The management company was so helpful for a couple questions and we were well informed about everything. We highly recommend this company if you are renting in Maui!! Fantastic stay.
