Great value place in Kihei. Rooms are normally 2 bed 2 bath. Very walkable location (walk to gym, groceries ,beach)

Lived her for a year, and loved it! Quiet and safe neighborhood, the landscapers are constantly outside doing work and keeping it pretty, and if anything breaks/needs fixed they are there quick! plus the front office staff is super nice and always helpful!

Nice complex, shared laundry areas, $2.50 wash + $2.50 dry, closes at 11 pm, on site security, well landscaped. Some parking spaces are covered. Special access gate to the community swimming pool. Safeway, Ross, Mini Mart and more in the Plaza across the street, extremely close to Elementary and Middle schools.

I’ve lived at Piilani Garden apartments over 7 yrs. due to a lack of apartments available in Kihei. During that time I saw soooo much go wrong, including issues with proper pay to employees and tenants being unjustly hit with $5,000 bills after moving. The practice at Piilani is the apartments are ungraded at the previous tenants expense. Just know if you move in here and no matter how “friendly” they appear to be, your exit will most likely come with a large bill unless you only stay a short while and no upgrades are needed. Sad to say, I have never seen a happy tenant after they’ve move out. Beware!

I seen this place when I go to Safeway.. it's like semi ghetto sorta ok apartments but they make you lie on the application and say that you make 15 thousand dollars a month, but half the people living here work at Jack in the Box..
