The condo was wonderful in itself. First floor direct walk to beach. Great location and very clean. Worked perfect for what we needed. The only problem we had was the air conditioning didn’t work. Leaked water all over. Other than that we loved it. Pics are from the back porch.

We loooooved our stay at Kahana Manor. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The space was clean with supplies to keep it clean. Grateful to have washer and dryer in the condo to freshen the linens during our stay. The view was my favourite part. The condo was surprisingly quiet so it was easy to relax. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep the food we purchased. The few minor things that needed attention were taken care of very quickly by the management which was impressive and we were thankful. Temperature was perfect. Very cozy to make beautiful memories. I would love to return some day. I give 4/5 stars because of queen size beds. King size beds would be the the 5th star in the future that I hope to see some day. Thank you!! ❤️

This is our second stay at this complex. Loved the second floor condo with a nice view of the ocean and an end unit. The location is perfect at the end of the bustle of Kihei. Did not need to use the air conditioner as the flow through breeze was enough. Nicely furnished, couches were great to lounge on! Used the provided beach chairs (only 2), umbrella and cooler every day. Kitchen met our needs with essentials, would be nice to have had more than one roll of t/p. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The place we stayed made our vacation a good one to a great one. The location was perfect with beach in front of the property. This is a great place to stay especially when you have kids. There was a hiccup during our stay but they took good care of us and even upgraded us to a much bigger unit.

We have rented at Kamaole Sands many times. We love the location and the grounds! Of all the units we rented this was probably our least favorite but it still was above average. It is a three bedroom but we nicknamed the 3rd bedroom the “ Japanese Massage Parlour” because of the frosted glass sliding doors used to access the space. We loved the great ground floor view but the lanai was very small for coffee in the morning. The unit was clean and had probably been remodeled 10 years ago and was starting to show it age. The air conditioning was awesome but the rest of the appliances were beginnning to wear out. The added fees and taxes doubled the price of this unit so it ended up being pretty expensive. Would we rent this unit again……maybe?
