Haven Apartments at Orenco Station

Living at Haven Apartments at Orenco Station was an incredible experience. The modern design of the apartment instantly made us feel at home, and the layout was both stylish and functional. We were fortunate to have great neighbors who contributed to the warm community atmosphere. The heated pool was a fantastic feature, offering relaxation year-round, and the other amenities were top-notch, enhancing our daily living experience. We made amazing memories here, and the design of Haven Apartments has set the bar high—I hope to find a future home with a similar aesthetic and quality.

ConAm property management should be called Con Artists. Everyone living in the building with the beetles should've sued as ConAm didn't legally uphold their LEGAL end of their lease obligation to make the units habitable. Of course, like any leasing property, a ton of leasing assistants come and go since all apartment rental property management companies are literally terrible, but ConAm should be called Con Artists. It's too bad because it's a small complex and otherwise quiet. And when you beg them to remind other tenants to not park in a red fire lane and are literally blocked several hundred times a year - and can't leave to go to work (I'm not talking about being blocked by a UPS truck for 1 minute dropping off a package super quickly)- but by other rude tenants who block/park illega

I lived at Haven for one year and it was a positive experience. Hands down, this staff was the most friendly and helpful apartment staff I've ever encountered. They know everyone's name (and their pet's names). They do many community building events. Also, they take excellent care of the grounds and buildings, always working on an improvement or maintenance project to keep the place nice.

Our experienced here was mixed. On one hand, the apartment was modern and gorgeous, with vaulted ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances. The amenities, like the spa, pool, and gym, were sweet, too. On the other hand, we had the unfortunate luck of living on top of a family with two young children. The noise from children running indoors DOWNSTAIRS was extremely disruptive and crazy-making. We would hear the impact noise from early morning until the middle of the night. It made it impossible for us to feel like we could relax in our own home, nor was getting a quiet night of sleep a guarantee. Property management determined our complaint was invalid. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this complex, management, and everything included. My fiancé, myself, and our roommate have been at Haven for almost 6 months now, and it has been blissful! The apartment itself is stunning, valet trash is an amazing bonus, and we got a real steal on our unit!!! The ladies at the office are just amazing. They are seriously come of the most kind people I’ve ever met. Jessica made us all feel so welcomed, and was incredibly attentive and on top of any questions or complaints we had. Andrea is just a ball of joy. She recently came and did an inspection on our unit and was just so pleasant to speak with, and she always greets me and my puppy with a big hello and a smile!!!
