Pros: relatively new facility and furnitures; plenty of study space; good amount of unit space; pretty good infrastructure, haven’t experienced power outrage or losing network or water; Cons: shared walls between units are really thin and CAN NOT block noise if your neighbor is talking loudly at midnight, then congratulations; management VERY unresponsive, will often ignore your complaint

Would highly recommend anyone stays as far away from this apartment as possible. They have a “trash service” that takes weeks to collect our bags. Every apartment on my floor has had trash outside their door the entire week before thanksgiving break, they didn’t collect it over break (sorry for anyone that didn’t go home) and it is still sitting here post break (they’re supposed to collect M-Th). The single elevator they have for the entire building shuts down randomly about once a week forcing everyone to take the single stairwell. When it is working, you have to wait ages for it to actually get to your floor. The water gets lukewarm so you can’t take hot showers or have hot water running in your sinks. The water pressure in the shower is terrible as well. I can pee harder than the water

Really love this place, I like how air conditioner keep breaking during the summer, also the elevator takes more than a minute to close the door, also I love how the front desk can promise me to move out later and only need to pay the 500 lease transfer fee, and then after nobody admits it, and kicking me out in 2 days! I really love this place! I hope everyone can move in this little nice family. U can work out a lot when you move in, because more than likely you will face to a broken elevator like last summer which you only need to carry your furnitures through stairs in the hottest time in summer. However one good new is you don’t need to worry about figuring out a bunch of trashes in your apartment like me left by the builders this year.

Overall good experience. When I was a resident, the garbage problem in previous reviews was no longer an issue, although sometimes irresponsible residents leave mountains of trash outside their apartment after not taking it out for weeks or months. Gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee machine in office has plenty of options. Only complaint is that I wish the elevator was set up properly.

They are so bad about parking, one elevator never in office! Never know what they are doing so disorganized
