There’s some thugs that live there and break into cars and steal them. The office staff has refused to get local authority in the property until the issue is no longer an issue. Online it’s advertised as a gated community, the gates don’t work.

To the management of the complex. I came to visit a friend in the complex, but I saw very bad treatment by the employee (Khaled Al-Iraqi). I hope that the director of the complex chooses the best employees. There is something that must be taken into consideration. And this is the topic of garbage. There are no trash containers. The tenant is forced to take the garbage bags a long way to throw away the garbage. What negligence by management. Thank you

I’ve lived here since July 2023. Property managers like Khalid and Brittany were great. Abdul isn’t bad he just doesn’t follow through with making sure maintenance does their job. My laundry door closet fell apart before Khalid left and he was ordering me doors but after he left nothing was replaced . Brittany requested for them to be replaced they came with the wrong doors one day and never came back. I was just in the office Thursday and was told the doors have to be ordered. The pool has not been open since I moved here . The gates are no longer operating, when Brittany was here they would be fixed within a week. Someone stole my daughter scooter right from in front my door. The stairs are dangerous with the broken cement. I wish they’d bring Brittany back.

I’ve been living here for over a year now, gone through a couple different mangers. But by far Abdul the current manager now is the best! He is kind,respectful,helpful, and all around a stand up guy! Thank you so much Abdul and keep up the good work! 👍🏾
