Krystal is the best ever. She’s super responsive and helpful. I go to her for everything and she’s genuinely caring and willing to help. Overall, I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live in a walkable and safe neighborhood or students at UCI. Walkable distance to UCI campus and grocery stores within two minutes walk. A lot of senior residents live here because of the convenience and safety, and that makes this place very quiet! Love my experience here.

Hector was super helpful in getting our first apartment together. We were on short notice and had to vacate our previous house, but he made sure we were able to have a place by our move out date! highly recommended

I have lived in Irvine for over twenty five years, and I’ve come across several different managers. Krystal is, by far, the best manager I’ve had since moving here. You know you are in good hands, the moment you walk through the office door. She always greets me with a wonderful smile, and she usually stops whatever she is doing, to assist me with my needs. When I step into the office, it’s as if I’m the most important person in the world at that moment. Not only does she make sure my maintenance needs are attended too in a timely manner, she follows up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I have witnessed her provide the same level of assistance to other tenants in our complex, and it warms my heart to know that she is genuinely a nice person, and proficient manager.

Amazing management! After the remodel the apartments look like brand new! We love the management! They are very friendly and polite! Krystal Adriana and Ray are the best! The rest of the maintenance guys are very nice and help to fix your apartment very quickly! So you don’t have to ask many times to get things done. The apartments are very clean and safe.
