The lady that they have work in there now name Sonia she really knows how to downgrade a single mother with no help and don’t even know the situation that I was in. I have my light bill $100 behind and refused to rent to me. I’m sorry that my landlord didn’t fix my heat and my windows in my house is totally electric in my bill was over $800 a month plus rent in my other bills so sorry I was $100 behind I guess I really dodged a bullet this time from Raton from a company like that. I’ve never had troubles with heart heart in the past.

Sonia hung up in my face! Very rude sad and unprofessional! Wouldn’t let me get a word in! I rented from them years ago with no issues from any office staff or maintenance staff! This once was a fine company to rent from now She thinks she’s the big man on campus I requested to speak to Ron Hart but of course she didn’t connect me over to him! Infact the landlord called for a reference check and they was asking to many personal questions so she wasn’t comfortable answering not my fault and now she saying my app was denied because she can’t get a honest landlord reference! I have lived at my home for 7 years. Never have I asked for much in those years. I wanted to move but decided to stay another year, so I asked could they possibly do a few things to the house. Like trim trees, clean gutters, repaint porch. They did all that but I was told that the porch was going to be tan or dark brown. They painted it grey remind you the house has bricks and siding. So I'm highly upset about the color, told them it looked horrible and she (sonya) decides to tell me that I can always go find another landlord. Well I'm officially going to do just that. 7 years and that's how you treat someone. Who in their right mind wants a porch grey when nothing on the house matches grey. Wow yes I rent but you would think they would try to make you happy.

I've always had a good experience with hart and hart!! They hae always been there for me when ever I needed them and for my family as well.. thank u for always being there!!

I have rented from them for about a year and a half and have had no issues. Sonya is super sweet and understanding.
