Spoke to some neighbors when looking at homes, one home pipe burst flooded 1/4 of the house and toll denied the claim after one year of living there. Heard from many plumbers that toll brothers plumbing is notorious for having issues. Toll had an employee who lives in the neighborhood parking and blocking driveway of a quick move that we were in contract with and also had numerous cars all over the outside of the house and said that’s a home owners issue. We decided not to proceed with purchasing a home here.
Great spot to retire at , away from everything no homeless great views all the way around , I'd recommend this to anyone about to retire and live it total peace
Nice House, visit once... You like all demo houses They have many options in the house... Customer service is really good...
Do not buy any Toll Brothers home in Northern NV due to the poor quality of products used, construction quality and poor warranty process.
Great experience buying here at Harris Ranch. Love my house and my neighbors.
