Cherry I was absolutely amazing! She helped me get an apartment as quickly as possible and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. She was extremely polite, super helpful, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. Most of all, she was so patient with me — especially since this was my very first time getting an apartment. She explained everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Cherry I is the one. Maintenance team does really well! Tyler is the bomb.com! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been here for a year now and I don’t have any complaints. Rules are pretty standard and my building is pretty chill. They host cute events! Also shoutout Miss Sheri! She is also the sweetest.

Great experience from start to finish! Sheri was wonderful to work with she was very knowledgeable and made sure we were fully informed throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always helpful and professional. When Sheri wasn’t available, the rest of the staff stepped in right away and provided excellent assistance as well. The entire team made this a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

The office staff at this complex is extremely unprofessional and rude. Communication is often dismissive and lacks basic customer service. The recent apartment inspections were handled poorly and felt unnecessarily intrusive. The way they conducted checks made it feel like government housing rather than a privately managed apartment community. Staff knocked aggressively and entered my unit wearing shoes without consideration for my home. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. I value professionalism and respectful treatment, and unfortunately, this property has not met that standard. I am actively considering breaking my lease due to these ongoing concerns.

I toured Harmony Luxury Apartments with my best friend who’s currently apartment hunting, and we were both super impressed! Sheri, the leasing agent, was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the tour. She took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us so much useful information about the floor plans, pricing, and community amenities. The amenities were high quality and the whole property was beautiful and well maintained. Definitely one of the nicest communities we’ve visited!
