Reveal on the Lake Apartments

I resided at Reveal on the Lake for 17 months. I absolutely loved my time there. The office staff was amazing, always working diligently to resolve any issues that came up. Lacy Watts was my contact at Reveal, she took great care of me. Lacy always had the answers I needed making the process comfortable and easy. I will miss living here. It’s quiet and peaceful, neighbors were great. Property is beautiful. I have to recognize the maintenance team. These guys are the best at their profession. The team was available to resolve every problem within 24hrs. If you’re looking for a home on the lake, Reveal On The Lake, Rowlett is where you want to be. I’ve been living here for 1 1/2 years, I really love these apartments. Considering this was my first apartment they have really made my experience rent with them amazing. Management is so nice and responsive. Maintenance is great , they respond quickly to calls. The grounds keeper does an amazing job with the upkeep of the property. All of the neighbors was nice and quiet . Living here by the lake is so peaceful. The pool is huge and always has a nice vibe. There are always community events and food trucks every Friday. 10/10.

We terminated our lease at Reveal on the Lake after identifying potential mold growth in apartment 5212. When first reported, maintenance said they would clean the area and painted over it. After escalation, additional cleaning and air filter changes were completed; however, no third-party mold testing or verification was conducted. At first I was fine with the resolve but after later becoming aware of a public review from another resident citing mold-related concerns around the property, and considering the remediation approach taken, we were no longer comfortable remaining in the unit. Amazing, easy, streamlined process from viewing empty apartments to signing up and executing. Miranda was immediately welcoming and available to show me open apartments and within two days I was in. The property is spectacular, extremely well kept with great views of the lake, including a walking trail. The apartment itself was so clean. It was as if it was brand new, you couldn’t tell anyone had ever lived there before! Huge oversized windows to take in the views, and soaring ceilings, large decks. Community is quiet and there’s a shared social lounge with computers, coffee and TVs. Amenities include daily valet trash, gym, huge infinity pool and package service with lockers on site. Highly recommend you at least view the property before choosing another. ;)

I’m a stay-at-home mom, and these ladies truly made this place feel like home. Anytime I was having a rough day, I was welcomed with open arms. Whenever I put in a work order, my needs were always taken care of. There really is a family here at Reveal on the Lake, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you. A special thank you to Rachelle for leading such an amazing crew, and to Miranda for being endlessly patient with all my questions whenever I was getting this place.
