We saw the listing on a Saturday afternoon and within 10 minutes we were able to tour the properties. We were greeted by C.A. who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and listened intently on what we were looking for from our first home. Within 5 days we had signed a contract for a new build and throughout that process C.A. has been very responsive, patient, and professional, which has made our experience as first time homebuyers amazing thus far. We fell in love with Lake Park back in November. I can’t count how many times we visited the model home and toured the spec homes. CA was extremely patient and never pressured us. He also didn’t dismiss us once we told him about how we were having difficulty selling our previous home, currently locked in a lease, and our desired price point. We closed on our dream home in Lake Park last week thanks to God and CA!! The experience was wonderful. CA and the rest of the team (Bryan, Brent, and Danielle) were great to work with. They kept open communication with us and were quick to respond when we had questions or wanted an update. I can be a little high maintenance 😊, but CA always kept his cool demeanor! I know they were building several homes, but we felt like their only clients.

CA has been amazing to work with to help get my veteran client under contract on a new home. Love his communication and flexibility to help us with any questions we have had throughout the process, and the sales prices and incentives are great. Would highly suggest working with CA, and hope to do so again in the future. This community is amazing as well, with beautiful views of the lake, nice craftsman/farmhouse exteriors, and many floor plans to choose from.
