Saydee and Bobby are amazing patient wise great communicators and very helpful. The apartment is luxury resort living roof top pool garage parking beautiful decor and great designs. Highly recommend. We are so happy for our new home.

Staff was amazing! Walked in at 9:45 and was approved for an apartment by 11:30! Roof top pool looks awesome and the gym was HUGE! Not to mention the courtyard is beautiful! Best part is, I’m the first occupant in my unit!

5 months in and my experience here as been nothing short of amazing! Very quiet, clean, and friendly environment! The staff is always very helpful but I’m suppppper thankful for Lesley. She initially helped with my move-in, which was very quick by way but the property is so nice that I looked and leased the same day! I loooove how the staff is always going above and beyond to bring the Surfside community together by hosting events as well. We had our first Christmas Jingle & Mingle and I had an amazing time. Food was great, prizes were even better and the vibe was definitely unmatched! Thank you for all that you do for this community!

I want to commend Byron, the Maintenance Supervisor, and Kirsten, the Property Manager, for their exceptional dedication. Byron is always prompt, knowledgeable, and handles every maintenance request with professionalism and care. Kirsten leads the team with warmth and expertise, ensuring the community runs smoothly and residents feel valued. Saydee, Bobby, and Lesley are equally outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The entire team works seamlessly together, creating a welcoming, well-managed community. Their hard work and commitment make a noticeable difference and set this property apart.

Surfside has exceeded every expectation that I had, amazing customer service in every aspect and not only just to get you to sign a lease like other apartment complexes, if you have questions or concerns after you already live here they will still have your back I want to thank Leslie, Bobby and Saydee for all of the help and continued support throughout the time I have been here. For the quality of living and the brand new apartments you would expect a ridiculous expensive price, however nothing farther than the truth pricing is amazing very nice amenities and amazing staff. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would.
