Harbour Point Gardens

Run from this place as far as you can, I was told my apartment wouldn’t be ready with renovations to move in till end of july then was given move in date of the 1st with no prorate. Renovations never finished. You can hear EVERYTHING in the building and in neighboring units. Neighbors steal your mail and no one picks up their pets feces outside even though there’s posted papers from management. Management has not been helpful. I was given the wrong keys to my apartment upon move in and locked out for 24-48hrs with my stuff inside . Was told electric was an average highest of 50$ for tenants already moved in due to new wiring in units and my first bill was 156$. Cheap construction (my shelves fall down and are held up with grocery items). I keep finding little bugs in the house when I keep

Stay away from this place. Moved here with my wife just over 2 years ago. The apartment was dirty when we moved in and the floor was coming up since day one. We were evacuated out of our apartment a week after moving in and forced to stay elsewhere for one month but still expected to pay rent. The parking lots are covered in pot holes. The apartments are unbearably hot in the summer. The water either doesn’t get hot or is scolding hot. The screens of windows are torn. Our mailbox didn’t lock. So happy that we moved out of here. They went into our apartment before our lease was up, painted over the apartment and then charged us half of our security deposit. This complex is overpriced, and falling apart. Do not live here.

Would give zero if possible. Two holes in the wall for ac units allow every insect possible in during the summer because it’s not the correct dimensions for any Ac on the market. During the winter those AC unit holes cause you to pay double to heat the apartment unless you go a buy your own form of insulation. Electrical outlets pull out of walls when unplugging devices, as someone who worked as an electrician in the past the wiring here a is a fire hazard an looks like it was done by a 3 year old. Management is useless and will tell you whatever you want to hear with zero action. Dog feces are everywhere so watch your step. Broken blinds come with every window. Had to fix toilet handle (it was installed backwards) upon move in. You will need ear plugs to sleep if your a light sleeper like

Applied about a month ago on March 26th after a tour which I believed went really well. I expressed how interested I was and how much I liked the new apartments. Never heard back if it was approved or denied. Sent numerous emails, voicemails, even went to the leasing office and left my name and number. No one ever answered or got back to me about anything after paying $70 for an application fee. My lease ends in less than two weeks and still never got a response.

The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained plus the location of Harbour Point Gardens is extremely convenient and accessible. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby, as well as easy access to transportation. Not to mention, it is also close to major highways, making it a breeze to travel to other parts of the city. All-in-all, Harbour Point Gardens is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great home in an ideal location.
