I can’t wait till this lease is over, $1945 for rent and when I first walked in on move day it smelt like people have been smoking since the 80s. The dishwasher is held on with 2 drywall screws that they probably found on the ground. They say this dishwasher is brand new but has no back wheels and food from the last tenant still in it with tons of mineral buildup. Some of the outlets straight up just don’t work. Doors have been painted over so many times they don’t even close which I expect the landlord special but come on, 20 layers of paint may be 1 to many. Then god forbid I try to pay rent on time, when I went to pay the money. It went in and out of my bank for multiple days causing me to submit it again which now I’m being punished with using my debit card with a $60 convenience fee a

You get what you pay for and then some. This apartment complex offers decent living at affordable prices. The staff is nice and accommodating and my maintenance requests have been answered within 30 minutes even on a Saturday night. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Eric Correa: he made my move in a breeze and would always help me carry the heavy packages to my car. The best part is the small dog park, it’s small but it comes in handy. There’s another dog park within 15 minutes of walk and it has separated areas for small and large dogs. The neighbors are friendly and I never had any issues with noisy neighbors. It has been recently renovated. Nice and clean. Sorry to leave all this behind. This place used to be great to live in, nice and clean and quiet. Now there’s dog poop in the washers and dryers, no lighting at night so for someone that has to walk to the farthest corner of the parking lot to park because there’s no visitor spots close by it’s dark and dangerous. They sure did raise the rent a few hundred dollars you would think that money goes towards our amenities but ere still using these 5 year old washers and dryers that haven’t been cleaned in years it’s gross and a slap in the face.

I’ve lived at this community for two years and sadly it is coming to an end. I’ve wanted to live here for years since I turned 18 and couldn’t afford it and now it’s insanely expensive and I can, funny how that works. I’ve loved living here, the office staff and property manager are super nice and accommodating. I live in a smart home but it never worked in the two years I’ve lived here. At first I kept being told that I was on the waitlist for an Alexa and eventually stopped asking. It wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an issue with dog poop not being picked up but that is not managements fault people just don’t seem to care and are extremely inconsiderate. I'm leasing here since 3 years, and I am happy. There is some details who could be better, like everywhere, but all ik ok, for a decent price, no flooding, no power lost during the 2 last hurricanes. The staff comes very fast for all the issues in the appartment, for AC, plumbing, windows, and many more.
