The apartments may be nice, but no one is ever there to answer questions or show you around. Ever. Also, no one will call you back and as for answering the phone? Forget about it. That won't happen. I have been trying for 2 years to talk to someone and it has not happened. The best you will get is the maintenance man and he just says, 'I don't know when she will be here'. If it is the same way as a resident to get someone, I think I will look elsewhere. The owner is the manager and she doesn't seem to care if they are rented or not. Harbor Square is another property owned and ran by same person. The same happens there as well.
