I'm always amused by the reviews, especially since there is only 3 and one is by the owner and the other one is by the Bank person who authorized the loan for the owner. I'm more interested on how you only acquired 100 rooms out of a 204 room facility seems a little off in the math to me. Where do I begin? Do you disclose that the plumbing is lead pipe because you didn't completely renovate a historical building and it would have to have been a complete tear down to remove the lead pipes? Then there's the asbestos problem primarily in the gym, did hasmat remove it or did you just shoot stucco on top of it? When you rent out apartments do you disclose that people have died at this location? Some of which are particular gruesome suicides , poisoning and drug overdoses but only 5 murders I c
