Outstanding Property Manager & Amazing Community – Hampton Pointe Apartments I lived at Hampton Pointe Apartments for 6 years, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I cannot say enough great things about the Property Manager, Jessica Sosteric. She is professional, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her residents. Her communication and leadership are exceptional, and it clearly reflects in how well the property is maintained and managed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to relocate, but if it were not for that, Hampton Pointe would have been my forever home. I also want to recognize the incredible maintenance staff, Mayra, Rene, and Thomas. They were always helpful, respectful, and quick to resolve any maintenance issues. In a world where people often rush through their jobs, Jessica took her time, showed patience, and went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it. What stood out the most was her heart. You can tell she doesn’t just work for a paycheck—she cares about people. I’ve lived here since December 2022 and without a doubt my time living here at Hampton Pointe as been the best experience and I definitely plan on renewing my lease! Jessica and Denise are the sweetest and are always more than helpful with everything. They really are the best!!!! They treat me and my puppy like family! Thomas and Myra I always see running around the grounds working super hard at their respective jobs. They all without a shadow of a doubt deserve a pay raise at the very least if not a promotion. Nothing but a phenomenally above and beyond job with the friendliest service in keeping this great place running smoothly! Rented out my first apartment with Jessica! She was very welcoming and friendly with the whole tour process and paperwork. I asked her a bunch of questions and she calmly explained everything with grace and enthusiasm. She is very personable and I hope management acknowledges that they have someone very special at Hampton Pointe apartments.

Thank you for the manager Jessica for helping me since day one. This is my first time renting the apartment and I have no idea what I was doing, but the manager follow through and safe me so much trouble. If you are also looking for an apartment I highly recommended!!
